Below are some of the ways you can incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
SET DAILY ALARM: a daily alarm that reminds you that you have a workout to perform is a good starting point.
I do my daily jog in place inside my room first thing when I wake from sleep with my exercise alarm. Early morning has been proven to be the best time to workout the body and prepare the mind for the day.
MUSIC: great sounds and beats will give you the push you need to start moving your body. So the next time you want to start a workout, grab your headset and dive into the world of motivational songs.
Rap songs are great for low to moderate intensity workout, they help you push a bit beyond my limits.
MAKE IT FUN: The moment you start complaining about how workout drain the lots of energy out of you, you stop looking at the big picture, which are the benefits that comes with working out daily.
Enjoy the moment when you workout, remind yourself that you are doing great things for your body by looking at the long term benefits.
