HOW TO MAKE EXERCISE A DAILY HABIT.

New year, New revolutions, "this year I am going to reshape my body" is probably on the list of our new year resolutions, this is the second month of the year and some of this goals has not been given attention, maybe because of procastination.

If you are a fitness enthusiast like me, over the years, you must have seen and felt some of the benefits of great workouts, you may have observed the changes that occured in your body the moment you stopped or started procastinating.

A daily workout habit is needed to help you achieve that hot physique of your favourite celebrity, coupled with a healthy diet, your body will thank you.

Below are some of the ways you can incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

  1. SET DAILY ALARM:  a daily alarm that reminds you that you have a workout to perform is a good starting point.

I do my daily jog in place inside my room first thing when I wake from sleep with my exercise alarm. Early morning has been  proven to be the best time to workout the body and  prepare the mind for the day.

  1. MUSIC: great sounds and beats will give you the push you need to start moving your body. So the next time you want to start a workout, grab your headset and dive into the world of motivational songs.

Rap songs are great for low to moderate intensity workout, they help you push a bit beyond my limits.

  1. MAKE IT FUN: The moment you start complaining about how workout drain the lots of energy out of you, you stop looking at the big picture, which are the benefits that comes with working out daily.

Enjoy the moment when you workout, remind yourself that you are doing great things for your body by looking at the long term benefits.

Having a naturally fit body Is simple but not easy, if you can man make exercise a daily prority, it starts to get easier.

The only bad workout is the one that did not happen.

Leave me a comment about your thoughts and recommendations, T for thanks.
